White Chimney was established in 1984, and we have remained a family owned and operated business ever since. By combining our last name, White, and our occupation, the cleaning and inspection of chimneys, we came up with our company’s name: White Chimney. Shortly after our founding, we added a wood stove sales department and miscellaneous products including window air-conditioning, ceiling fans, concrete steps and various sized motors. Two years later, we established a furnace and air conditioning sales and installation unit. Headlined by the Amana, Goodman, Coleman and Interthem mobile furnace and air conditioning brands, our air conditioning and furnace department gave us confidence to continue expanding.
Today, we also specialize in space heaters, floor furnaces, gas log fireplaces and ventless heaters. We also sell grills, smokers, Master Spas and accessories. We sell and install custom-made chimney caps and covers. Our current brands include: Empire and Monesson (gas fireplaces), Fire Chief indoor and outdoor wood furnaces (forced air only), Buck, Breckwell, Osborn (electric), Dimplex (gas), Lexington, Dulthwest United States Stove Company, High flame and Valcourt wood and pellet stoves.
During warm summer months air conditioning becomes a necessity for many homes. The Air Conditioning Installation and Repair Specialists at White Chimney are trained and certified to provide the highest quality service for any of your air conditioning needs.
White Chimney excels in both furnace installation and repair services. As a precaution, we recommend a furnace checkup at least once a year. An inefficient furnace not only fails to heat your home, but it also operates using an enormous amount of energy and can cause your home energy bills to skyrocket.
White Chimney offers effective home installation of both gas log and ventless fireplaces. When determining which fireplace best fits your home, it is important to understand the differences of gas log and ventless fireplaces. Ventless heaters traditionally operate using either gas or propane as the fuel source, and they often offer better overall heat output than a gas log fireplace. Gas log fireplaces, on the other hand, often replace a traditional wood-burning fireplace in order to utilize the existing chimney and flue structure.
White Chimney specializes in the cleaning and inspection of chimneys. Chimneys covering traditional wood-burning fireplaces encounter soot residue, while chimneys covering gas-burning fireplaces face the potential of debris blockage. The Chimney Safety Institute of America recommends that chimneys be inspected and cleaned at least once a year, regardless of your chimney use frequency.
